Jonathan and I have been addicted to Fischer & Wieser's Raspberry Chipotle sauce for a few years. We get the big 40 oz bottle from Costco and toss it in the fridge. It's the perfect blend of sweet + spicy, with a little kick. A fruity BBQ sauce, if you will.
Easiest way to serve it? Poured over a brick of cream cheese.
That's my kind of quick and yummy appetizer.
We've used it over meats, in wraps and on breads.
And last week, for the first time I've ever seen them at Costco, they had a weekend road show. Samples to try -- with cream cheese (for me) and without (for the Wee Ski). I picked up all three flavors: Pomegranate & Mango Chipotle, Charred Pineapple Bourbon, and Mango Ginger Habanero.
