The scariest pup-cakes on the block...

...live at our house.

Viper's a ferocious pumpkin.

Maggie, well, she is dressed a polar bear crossed with a raccoon. Could have something to do with the fact that Jonathan refuses to let his dog be dressed in any sort of clothing whatsoever. To that, I say whatever. He's just lucky that XXL dog costumes are way more expensive than XS costumes. Otherwise, they'd be twins.

The fog is rolling in on the farm, just in time for the 2 trick or treaters (wee Sprouffskes from up the hill) that we expect out here. Last year, we were visited by the Cookie Monster. Rumor has it that he and his little brother are both dressed as Batman. They'll be coming by after making the rounds at the halloween event at church.

Last year, the quotable from the Cookie Monster was "If you are going to have kids, you need toys at your house. You should have them now to get ready!"

It's so hard to believe this is the last year of dog costumes only. Next year...Angus will be strutting his stuff, begging for candy...since people don't typically give dogs chocolate, even if they will be sharing their bounty with their owners. Sheesh!

And to celebrate Viper's costumes...here's a look back over the last two years:
2007 • The Year of the Spider
2006 • The Year of the Princess

maybe you could dress Angus as a cow, in honor of his name! :)

If we dressed him in honor of his namesake, he would be an ultimate bull fighter, and not a cow! :)

(That's where the name comes from)
