Muddy Buddy
After a walk into the tree fields (now to be known as the "Enchanted Christmas Forest" -- thank you, little Eddie Ross), the Wee Ski couldn't resist the gigantic mud puddles that have popped up all over the farm.
So why not sit down in it?
Or rub it into your awesome new fleece sweatshirt that has coordinating navy sweatpants + striped hat + striped mittens?
Oh, I forgot. Little boys don't think about that. Just Mommy.
You will notice that his Carhartts did not, in fact, come in black. I like their original tan color way better.
What am I thankful for?
Our brand-new-not-shattered-in-the-freezing-temperatures-hose to wash him down before going back inside. :)

Ah Shelley, it is hard to let go and let em' get dirty! But oh so worth it. Wait until he is in 6th grade and wants to spend New Years with "his" friends, and not his parents! The pants can be replaced. Good for you for letting him have his fun, you are a wonderful, loving, gracious mother. Happy New Year! Love, Aunt Sue.
