Sweet Orangey Goodness.

The newly titled "Orange Julius Fruit Salad" - from today's Super Bowl party...

This is best to make a day ahead, to let everything soak together. I made it and threw it in a gallon size freezer bag, so I could just flip it to mix easily. Also took up way less space in the fridge. I made this last night, and added the bananas and apples today. SO GOOD!

The Ingredients
  • 1 3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 20 oz can pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 15 oz can sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 11 oz can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 3 apples, diced
  • 1 cup blueberries

The Directions

  1. Combine pudding mix, milk, and orange juice concentrate. Beat with an electric mixer for 2 minutes. Mix in the sour cream.
  2. In a large salad bowl (or gallon size Ziploc bag), combine the fruits. Mix in the orange dressing. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
