in just 24 hours and 17 minutes, the 22nd annual relay for life of tacoma will kick off...by none other than michael g, the supreme master of dj trickery!
if you have some time and want to be super cool and attend an event that will rock your socks off - come by!
super fabulous times to be there are on friday:
- 1 p.m. - watching me and my team set our tentsite up. always an adventure.
- 6 p.m. - opening ceremonies, complete with michael g on the mic, and mama g, mama clarke, and nearly a thousand other survivors in the house for the opening lap
- 10 p.m. - luminaria - the track by candlelight. and trust me, a ceremony you do not want to miss...especially this year.
midnight - catholic hour at relay...rosary to st. peregrine at 12:30 a.m. led by my brother, first time ever
saturday is fun, kick back, and it will be sunny! :)
