Not at this house...
In case you were wondering if things are always sunshine and roses on the farm, my answer would always be yes. :) Because, clearly, things are perfect all the time.
Faces hidden to protect the not-so-innocent.
The Wee Ski would not feast on tortilla chips, a banana (stabbed from the middle via chubby little fingers) and green M&Ms for breakfast. Green M&Ms provided when he pulled the bag out of the pantry and spilled them all over the floor.
Nope, not at this house.
Mommy would never get a whole pint of water thrown on her by her dear son while laying on the couch.
No, not at this house.
The mousetrap that Papa set last night in the living room would always catch the mouse, and the mousetrap itself would never disappear into the Bermuda Triangle of said house.
NEVER at this house.
The Wee Ski would not use Mommy's favorite MAC lip liner (in Hodgepodge) as war paint with a green marker all over his face. And then use said war paint as inspiration to climb up the kitchen chair and leap toward the table WHILE COLORING. Because, you know, coloring is such a contact sport.
No way...not at this house.
And if the heavy sarcasm isn't picked up on, just know that the only really scary thing on the farm is that the MOUSETRAP HAS NOT YET BEEN RECOVERED. It literally just up and disappeared.
Good thing I'll be out of town for a few days!!
The boys can tackle that! A little war paint and they can declare war on the field mice on the farm!
