When you turn down our drive now, our family sign is finally up! I had it custom made in 2008 from Spring Valley Signs and it's been resting on our front porch for two years. It's one of those projects that would "get done at some point". And that "some point" is now!
If you have actually been to our house, you'll notice that the number on the photo above is completely different from our actual address, but rest assured, it's correct on the actual sign. :)
One of the things I love about the posts is that there are solar LED lights on the tops of the posts that glow all night long.
The next "at some point" project is surrounding the posts with a rock border and planting flowers...with clematis climbing up the posts and over the crossbeam. I love how it turned out. Thanks, Doc, for getting it done.
There is a chance that I may drive up and down the driveway tonight just to welcome myself home.
