<-- How cool is this? The event Brian and I chaired in 2004 made the cover of the national Team Captain's Kit! It's hard to believe it's been a year and a half and two weeks since then.
The 2006 Relay season kicked off tonight...it was the first RFL event in ages that I attended without any stress of the little things! Purple props go to Michael G, who came out to MC the event, Marlow for his "insert something catchy here" fire-it-up talk, Lady Kristine for showing up, and to Miss Dani Collins, who shared her own story of her experience with cancer. Nothing like a little emotion to get us going...
We've got six months to raise $50,000 for our team before the Relay. We're bullish on the cure! :)

Hi Shellie - sorry if I'm 'spamming' your blog. Thanks for the comment on my own blog. Glad to virtually 'meet' you - I've talked with your brother a couple times over the summer at Western.
Good for you in helping out & being in the Relay for Life! Thats awesome.
