I am 28 now!!
Over the past 48 hours, I have celebrated my birthday on four occasions with six martinis, two pink crowns on two different nights (What can I say? My great friends think alike!), four desserts: one peanut butter cheesecake, one lemon berry cake, one strawberry shortcake, one smores fondue, and a single big truffle, yummy artichoke dip, two dozen amazing, super fabulous friends, flowers galore, some of the coolest presents including lemon gum handwrapped by Sir Timothy Babbitt, some timely reads, gift certificates to my favorite places, and an iPod, some absolutely hilarious cards (including two of the same ones from Rachael and Lindsay), two of the coolest handmade cards by the little Lougheed girls and an interesting lunch today which almost makes me rethink my hiatus...
I am so blessed by the incredible people in my life. Thank you for making my birthday - heck, let's be honest - the 1st of EVERY month special for me! You are the best!!
